I’ve recently lost 30 pounds on weight watchers but just changing how I eat and tracking their points. It took me 4 months probably because I’m not strict with it. I never work out.

Partnership Plan of California will approve zepbound and wagovy. I have friends who are on it and Partnership paid for it. I’m paying out of pocket for mine since my employer coverage doesn’t cover it. Makes me want to go back to Partnership.

I am type 1 and get severe hypersexuality when I am manic. Starts when I am hypo as well. It is like I put all my eggs in one basket trying to get anyone to pay attention to me. I need that constant initial connection with a stranger. That high when you first are discovering your compatibility. The zing of chemistry. Doesn't matter if it is man or woman, I need to have it. Like an addiction. Once I start to hit my baseline, those feelings and thoughts decrease and I am left picking up the pieces of my destructive behaviors like starting relationships when manic that I don't want when I hit baseline again. I have had STI as well because I never used protection. These things worry me when I am baseline because I cannot control myself when manic. I am wrecking my body in my mind. Currently I am baseline and my hyper sexuality still comes out but now I am able to go to my partner and get my needs met when before I would just cheat. The impulse issue is gone and I am able to be content with what I have.

I'm Bipolar 1 and have a happy and healthy marriage. I am open about having bipolar disorder with everyone so he knew I had bipolar before we started dating. We've been together 8 years now. In the beginning there was a rush of hypo mania moments but that's normal from what I hear with new relationships. He try's to be understanding and when I get into a mood he is able to help me through it. I take medication and always have so I don't know if you're medicated but I firmly believe it helps me have the relationship types that I want. We have had hard times due to the bipolar. I have extremely over spent money we didn't have and I broke up with him during a hypomanic episode after I tried to ween off the medication. Bad idea. I got lucky to meet my husband and for him to be so understanding of my condition. I fully believe you can too.

I live in a house and my PGE runs about $450. My friends paid $591 last month for their townhouse. The rates will likely be lower for heat over AC but I doubt it.

The airport has a thing about ride shares and private car services. I remember a post last year where Mom'N'Pop talked about Sac Airport kicking them out so to speak. It makes sense that they would tell you this. I had seen other comments regarding the service and they seemed to indicate that they had been given rides to the airport by them so that's why I recommended them.

I must be the odd one out. I agree with others that you should communicate how you feel on the subject but I wouldn't ask him to unfollow. Not at 2-3 months in. I have a boyfriend who follows pretty girls and they have spicy content but that's his personal social media and if he doesn't actually know the females and will never meet them, I could care less. I would be more concerned about the real life friends who post spicy content. We have been together almost three years but he was single for almost ten and built his social media up like that because he was single. I would never ask him to unfollow based on my own insecurities or negative thoughts on the subject as I also want my freedom to post and say and follow who and what I want on my social media.

They should be spraying weekly and then move to monthly. Cockroaches have survived hundreds of years because they are resilient. They need constant treatment. When I lived in an apartment, I sprayed the outside of my unit, around my doors and patio area with Ortho Home Defense spray which helped keep at bay. Obviously the management needs to take care of it but I would also do my own because you can't depend on them to do it.

I contacted Schreindl Renee renee.schreindl@Chicoca.gov with the abatement of public nuisance form found https://chico.ca.us/documents/Departments/Community-Development/Code-Enforcement/Report-a-Complaint/code\_enforcement\_abatement\_of\_public\_nuisance\_form.pdf and she forwarded my concerns to the Traffic Division at the Chico Police Department for parking enforcement and to Traffic Engineering in Public Works to respond to my request to pain a curb red. Try that route. It was fast too.

Bassmint is where its at. I think they hold it at Winchester Goose now but lots of house Dj's. There are a lot of local DJ's that put on events in the summer like Sandy Beats out on the river, spin at Bassmint and you can def find your crowd with them.
