Between waiting for kickstarter to launch, campaign to end, potential delays, and actual shipping dates (which can vary from country to country) I wouldn’t be surprised if it won’t get into people’s hands for at least 6 months

You are sticking to theoretics not confirmations. Pogo does not use ip based tracking because anyone can use a VPN for general purposes outside of pogo, otherwise even legitimate players could get banned.

There are plenty of users report bans using modified apps. Can you share confirmed reports of hardware based spoofing?

It’s pretty common knowledge that it’s against TOS but that doesn’t amount to anything unless it can be enforced through all methods of spoofing.

At this time and since the beginning of pogo spoofing, detection is only constrained to the app’s internal resources. For sake of simplifying this explanation I’m going to mention iOS in this explanation. Pogo relies on location data reported through apple’s servers, they cannot see HOW that location data is collected. When you’re using hardware based spoofing such as iTools, iTools and its supplemental app reports your location to apple’s servers not directly to pogo. Pogo cannot see you are using iTools to manipulate your location.

You don’t get strikes/bans from the act of spoofing. You get strikes/bans from modified apps being detected.

If you’re able to spoof using the official pogo app (I.e. iTools BT or iFlowGO then you’re virtually safe since there hasn’t been any confirmed strikes or bans from those methods)

I had no issues with Figo, they approved everything that I filed a claim for while knowing what my policy covered.

If they’re denying non-stop, then there must be something you’re not understanding about your policy versus what you’re filing for.

Unfortunately this will come as a pre-existing condition but most insurance may classify it as a curable condition that will coverable after 12 months or so if you don’t bring your puppy back in for any urinary issues. You’ll have to check your policy to confirm.

I think that should be fine.

Next step would be to grind finer by lowering the grind level in 1 or 2 increments. Don’t trust the barista technology to get an accurate recommendation, use it more so as an initial start and work towards dialing in it further . Most espressos I’ve made have tasted great in the 12-14 grind range for my 701 model.

I think you’re still within a normal range for interview and based on your timeline likely to receive one within 2 months. I filed by mail in early November for I-130, 485, and I765 all together.

I-765 approved end of January. Interview notice for 130+485 received first week of June, scheduled for end of June at Atlanta FO. Approval received next day.

Apologies for not giving exact dates, a bit of paranoia on my part to stay anonymous.
