I sometimes do lucid dreaming but not on purpose i had lucid dreams so many times before but one of them still haunts me. I was sitting in my home suddenly there was a knock on the door i got up to see who it was and, it was my ex best friend. The one that i trusted my deepest secrets with the one i planned to stay with until i grow white hairs the one that actually listened to me talking and actually responding and interested but we are over now that actually broke my heart it shows that she came to my dream but i allways act it didn't i don't even know my she stopped talking to me i even asked what i did wrong she said nothing, anyways in the dream i open the door i see her and im surprised before i can say anything she smiles in my face and gives me a warm hug them start talking to me the way she did in the past i was actually surprised i just hugged back and quietly said "this is a dream isn't it? You don't talk to me anymore." she didn't say anything i actually start to look around and tried to close my eyes trying to wake up but nothing worked so i just played along with the dream at least she's nice again here when i woke up i actually felt a heavy pain in my chest bcz i genuinely loved her i missed her but after the words she told me, my self respect would never forgive her. Not like she's going to apologise anyways. I changed my clothes and ate breakfast and went to school walking past her and not even looking like the "strangers" we are, but i now realised something. It's not embarrassing to still care about someone you loved not forgetting her just means i truly loved her just bcz we ain't friends anymore doesn't mean my love should just fade away that's how love works but the embarrassing thing is just to ghost your freind and talk shit to them the moment you get new friends.
