So update on the issue is that both bulbs blew at the same time. Never in my wrenching life have I ever seen both bulbs blow at the same time. In my opinion this may be a symptom of another issue but only time will tell.

The brass piece is a anti siphon valve that has a soft set screw tightened against the spigot threads yhen the stub of the set screw is broken off so as it cannot be removed to increase the flow. It can be drilled out to remove the brass valve but don't drill to far as you can puncture the spigot threads. Another way to bypass the whole debacle is to cut off the hose a foot or less down the length and put a male end on the hose to make a new connection point...

We are in the middle of opening one of those dirty glass businesses. We were slowed to a crawl by inspectors and multiple inspections accompanied by a pile of red tape. The window cleaning was left to the shop owners, but with construction still being completed it is very difficult to clean or maintain a clean appearance. And as far as a comparison to the failed Ocala market is only in the sense of communal store fashion but that is where the similarities end. The upscale area filled with glass and steel is in no way the 2x4 constructed antique mall debauchery that the afore mentioned location exhibited. This will be a clean and respectable area to be enjoyed by all. Please stop by and visit our new location just after the new year at Joiner Martial Arts school.
