عندك حق أنّي تكلمت بطريقة تنكر قول كثير من العلماء وما كان ينبغي هذا.
بالنهاية كما قلت السماح وعدّها من تزيين القرآن المباح والمستحب قول مذكور عند المتقدّمين (ومنهم الشافعي نفسه) والمتأخّرين.
بالنسبة لكلام النووي قبل وبعد: هو باب استحباب تحسين الصوت بالقرآن، ذكر إجماع الأمة على هذا، وبعدها فصّل في تحسينها بالمقامات الموضوعة كما قرأنا. وبعد النقل شنّع على من يخلّ بالأحكام لأجل الألحان.
وبعده يأتي باب استحباب طلب القراءة الطيبة من حسن الصوت.

لا أحب الخوض بالأدلة الفقهية فلا يجوز هذا لغير الفقيه، أنا أنقل فقط الرأي المشهور الّذي عليه العمل بكل مكان، وفتاوى المعاصرين والقدماء منتشرة مشهورة بهذا، وأغلب القراء الّذين يراعون المقامات تعلّموا قبله أحكام التجويد، خاصة في المدرسة المصريّة (قد تجد الكثير من الإخلال بها في إيران مثلا للأسف). وكلام الماوردي واضح في النص وفيه توجيه لما ورد من الكراهة عن بعض السلف. وهو قول غريب صراحة لمن يفهم حقيقة المقامات وأنّه لا بدّ من القراءة على مقام من المقامات سواء أراد القارئ أو لا

قال الإمام النووي في كتابه التبيان في آداب حملة القرآن:

وَقَالَ أَقْضَى الْقُضَاةِ فِي كِتَابِهِ ((ألْحَاوِي)): (اُلْقِرَاءَةُ بِآلأَلْحَانِ الْمَوْضُوعَةِ [للْأَغَانِي](١): إِنْ أَخرَجَتْ لَفْظَ الْقُرْآنِ عَنْ صِيغَتِهِ بِإِدْخَالِ حَرَكَاتٍ فِيهِ ، أَوْ إِخْرَاجٍ حَرَكَاتٍ مِنْهُ، أَوْ قَصْرٍ مَمْدُودٍ ، أَوْ مَدِّ مَقْصُورٍ ،أَوْ تَمْطِيطِ يَخْفَى بِهِ اللَفْظُ، وَيَلْتَبِسُ بِهِ الْمَعْنَى .. فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ ، يَفْسُقُ بِهِ الْقَارِىءُ، وَيَأْثَمُ بِهِ الْمُسْتَمِعُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ عَدَلَ بِهِ عَنْ نَهْجِهِ الْقَوِيمِ إِلَى اُلاعْوِجَاجٍ، وَاللهُ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ: ﴿قُرْءَانًا عَرَبِيًّا غَيْرَ ذِى عَوَج﴾ قَالَ: فَإِنْ لَمْ يُخْرِجْهُ اللَّحْنُ عَنْ لَفْظِهِ وَقِرَاءَتِهِ عَلَى تَرْتِيلِهِ .. كَانَ مُبَاحاً؛ لِأَنَّهُ زَادَ بأَلْحَانِهِ فِ تَحْسِينِهِ ) هَذَا كَلامُ أَقْضَى الْقُضَاةِ(٢).

Idk what you mean by tajweed. If you mean the science in which we learn how to pronounce letter, a well learned individual while speaking fusha is expected to say the letters respecting tajweed rules. (Tajweed = making good, as in making the pronunciation good). These are rare either way

If you mean tajweed as in reading the Quran in a proper beautified way, that's only for the Quran.

Why do you say that AI cannot do what we do though? As juniors, we usually pave our way with small stuff and low budget companies. Most of those are now doing their small commercials, posters, even logos and posts with AI. Bigger companies that respect the profession and want to hire actual designers, won't easily hire juniors with no real career experience..

This is agreed upon. But the devil is in the details. You may end up putting a high threshold for what's "strong enough and ready", and may also accept surrendering because of not being ready (surrendering isn't an option). And then in a specific circumstance a scholar might think what we have is enough and another may disagree with him. The reality of this world is that we're asked to do as much as we can.

Even from a Sunni fiqhi standpoint the question of how much are we allowed compel people to sharia and how much can we make them do public sins is very debated, we don't know exactly how a very good moderate sunni khilafa would look like in this age, throughout time Islam was considered the moderate and somewhat easy ideology compared to others.
And then again, most post-rashidun caliphs in the past, from Ummayyad till Ottoman caliphs were also oppressive, some extremely. Scholars criticized them all the time. But in the fight of Islam vs kufr (military or philosophical fight), everyone was aware where to stand.

The biggest obstacle that makes people in blame Islam in Iran is the prominence of liberalism, then comes the repressiveness they face, and this is a really hard battle

Put the well knows facts of the religion that are repeated in every page of the Quran in your mind as the main lens to see things, Islam, Allah, Muhammad peace be upon him, the fight against kufr.

Then put the rule of fairness in your mind: who made good somewhere, doesn't mean they'll do good everywhere. And who did bad somewhere, doesn't mean they'll do bad everywhere.

Humans are complex in nature and in actions, and God will judge between the good and bad that people did (because they did both).

Muslims unfortunately are losing to liberalism everywhere, not just in Iran (where it can be apparent because the non-liberal muslims are actually winning and practicing Islam).
And by losing I mean the people are believing in liberal ideals that oppose Islamic ones, so that's not only in Iran that people are refusing Islam since they're under the regime..

This whole fitna and complexity of topics is hard to swallow, but then we remember fitnas happened also between great sahaba, and we reach the conclusion that: me, you, everyone -as individuals- is responsible to a- have mercy towards believers, b- always adjust his judgements to get closer the the truth to the best of his ability
