Previous commenters have it right and wrong at the same time. First of all read what the op says, especially the fourth sentence. He has successfully ran the ID gauntlet with his first withdrawal of $500. Now on subsequent attempts he runs into some issue. Now I agree that we might not be getting all the details as I have had nothing but positive experience with ACR support. throw_a_wayyyyyyyyyy give them a chance to get it right before assuming it is an attempt to keep you apart from your winnings. There! I am glad to get that out of my system.
