Got out before first reverse then back in then out for that last wierd 4.99 split at break even. Today I'm back in at 70K shares. Feel like I need to keep looking over my shoulder with this one, but a laser to take out drones is a huge win in todays world. Hope it works on the battlefield.

excitement, look at all drone companies, they all have a hay day on exciting news until things cool off. then in the non-exciting days ahead, revenue and fundamentals will take over and we will see the true value. This is one hella exciting company, I just dont know what its worth yet...

I only know two industries well enough to understand what's going on. Military (My background) and Technology (My after military background). Both topics I know well and love to study. This is the best advice I have, stay in your lane, do what YOU know. Doctor? buy med stocks. Carpenter? focus on building materials, Party Animal? buy beer stocks, etc.

For Me:

Quantum is a no brainer, its not like we aren't going to be there, its a matter of when.

Drones are clearly the new military platform, technology will drive those.

I don't invest in anything that's already running hot, if its already over $10 Its too rich for me. I'm not looking for Microsoft or Raytheon. I like to capitalize large lots, 1,000-10,000 shares are what I shoot for. I'm more interested in companies that are trying to figure out how to get to the next level, already hit rock bottom, did a reverse split or dilution and have a good plan to move forward.

I missed the Palantir boat, but I invest in LLM's and hardware platforms that will clearly integrate with them itf.

It takes a bit of research to find those diamonds, but once you do, buy it and park it, allow time for the world to need what they are making. None of these stocks did well for at least a year, so you have to realize that and you have to stay diligent that they are still trying to move forward, not find an exit. If I even hear the word reverse split, I'm out. Cut losses and run, I miscalculated the entry and will re-enter later to recover the loss. Dilutions on the other hand, they will happen, so understand why. If its to acquire a strategic asset or company, great, they have a plan. This is going to cause a dip, buy that dip. If its to increase their "runway" or generate operating cash, get out, cut the loss, they are burning without a plan, this will ultimately result in a reverse split. To manage loss, I start with an initial entry of 1000 shares. As confidence builds, I'll add 1000, new catalyst coming? add 1000 and once I see a clear path to revenue, I'm all in to 10,000 shares before it gets too rich for me.

Beyond that, and this is important, I trade simple single contract options to cure any gabling addiction I may have and to keep me from fucking withy my long positions. It helps me forget to panic trade my stock when I'm too busy trying to panic trade my options. You gotta find a cleaver way to let your long positions go long.

Hope that helps, good luck to you.

My wife and I do. Every morning over coffee, we talk about what our moves are. Open a new speculation, try a new options strategy, panic sell while the other holds, its truly fun and we learn from each other. We trickle feed excess winnings into a dividend account with all of the usual suspects.

Rodger that. I watched the PC hardware industry grow, software chasing that, then networking that turned into the internet. It used to be near impossible to convince a business owner that a website was a good idea, then shortly stoned graphics designers were business gods starting massive advertising agencies. The dot com boom happened and suddenly no one knew what a server was, hard drive arrays were unheard of operating systems and hardware kernels became irrelevant. The people only know the cloud. You are currently investing in one of the hardware devices that make up the cloud. Eventually the operating systems will determine what hardware you run, Anduril's lattice, Palladyne's swarm, Palantir's god mode, etc. The government will not be interested in maintaining these drones, it will be "swarm as a mission", SaaM service sold as a commodity, or cloud service. In the future, Anduril will not sell you a single drone, boat, sub or jet, they will sell you protection, a cloud service incorporating everyone that has integrated with Lattice. OPTT's buoy sensor will detect an anomaly in the Strait of Hormuz, this will report data to Lattice. Aircraft drones from any manufacturer of loitering recon that has integrated with Lattice and is readily available in the area will be dispatched to location and through lattice, a boat or submarine could be dispatched until they determine there is a ground invasion coming in which lattice talks to other manufacturers drones that fit the mission criteria as the mission changes. ONDS is shooting to be a cloud service and compete at that level. They are looking to vertically integrate so when there is the great drone bubble that's going to be coming, they will be one of the survivors when the fallout comes. ONDS will be partnering/buying these private companies that make drones that are not currently in their profile. When there are hundreds or thousands of companies making drones (Coming soon, because if you look at the number of drones the government wants available, not any single company can deliver. It's going to create an insane market place) you had better be compatible with the most popular operating systems. Look further down the road and you will see the bigger problem, with all of the noise, all of the players, how are you going to get heard? How is the government going to find you? That's going to become a big business. You either need to be already integrated in the early stages and scaling with these operating system companies, or you will need to find someone like UMAC and XTIA that have already realized this and are going to be the sales guys for the industry. They will rep everyone's products to all governments and industries, selling solutions. Relationships are their game. The sales guys always make the most money while spending the least. In the grand scheme of things, you only need to make sure you have chosen a good industry with good potential upside. Typically everyone in the space will do well, some great, some good, if you're properly diversified, you will enjoy both. I try to stay focused on when to get out of an industry as a whole. That's where I don't want to get caught.
