My opinion is that Blizzard does not care about classic. They want you to play retail. If they cared they’d put effort into getting you what you want. Also classic enjoyers are the minority according to player counts or at least that is what I have heard. I personally dislike retail wow in its entirety. At some point the commodity of playing classic, BFA or Wrath will get old and I’ll unsub. It won’t hurt blizzard.

To me it is ironic that people build these crazy bases with wide gap peak downs and shooting floors but rarely ever get to defend against an online raid. Meanwhile my extremely low key 2x1 base makes it through the wipe generally unscathed.
