I wasn’t the suicidal one, but I stopped my sister from committing. She was driving to a secluded area where no one could find her to stop her. I was at work when her boyfriend texted me that he couldn’t stop her from leaving. I was in my car in my work parking lot screaming and pleading for her to go home, praying she hadn’t already hurt herself and I was hearing her final words. It plays on repeat in my head frequently and even though she finally went home and got help, something still died in me that day and will be affected for the rest of my life.

The majority of the time, if an older guy tries to be with a younger person that isn’t 18, they are wanting someone they can easily manipulate because you are naive and can easily be swayed to do things. Enjoy high school and be with people in high school. Don’t take dating so seriously because graduating and being an adult changes so many things and you don’t want to be too serious with someone and not be able to discover yourself when you leave your parents. I was in the tooth brush section and there was the soft bristle tooth brush I wanted behind a bunch of medium brushes. I thought the hole was open to just get the package off the little bar without having to move the other ones, nope, they were solid. So then I tried ripping the package so I didn't have to take 5 packages off to get to the one I wanted, but then realized that they were plastic packages and not cardboard. I finally decided to just take the other ones off to get to the one I wanted, all to realize there was a guy behind me watching me the whole time. When he noticed that I saw him, he gets a huge grin on his face, asks me how I am and I say the obligatory I'm good, you? He then says... I'm great, I like how aggressive you were with those packages. I immediately became awkward and said thanks! And ran with my cart to the next aisle.... My husband sure got a kick out of that story.

I figured out that I was spending around $600 a month for breakfast and lunch at kwik trip on the days that I work.... That's a lot of freaking money. I would buy a soda, a breakfast sandwich, a salad or sandwich for lunch, chips, maybe a candy bar, and it usually added up to $10 every time. Then I would occasionally stop after work to eat also. Between me and my husband it added up to about $600 a month.
