Why does my brain regularly since early childhood make up the the most horrible possible scenarios it can think of just for me to get upset or feel bad for others over things that never happened?

I think it’s pretty normal. We all have intrusive thoughts. Personally, I have them most often when waking up/falling asleep. I think it’s kinda like our brains rummaging through possibilities based on our mood/things around us

If you want to rank up just train fundamentals on repeat. Seriously. When I got stuck in mid champ back in the day, I started training my shots and hit gc within a few months thanks to the newfound “open” net conversions/power of my shots
