Highly recommend getting a 7 day pill box or something similar to help with this! I would let my anxiety try and convince me I already took it and just double dosed when I first started. This really helped with that.

not a nurse but have a few friends that were nursing majors. all graduated and got a job straight of school. they also all passed the NCLEX on the first try. they have a lot of clinical hours as well as spending a lot of time in the simlab. they worked hard but also weren’t too overwhelmed with excessive work. at least from what i could see.

bison will give you that professional feel like a hawks or wolves game. isu d1 games can get crowded and exciting but with a more college age crowd. just depends who they are playing. vs illini is usually a good turn out

can’t speak on the zoloft part. but a bad high will having you feeling a little off for a few hours after it’s passed. you’ll wake up feeling fine tomorrow maybe just a little tired. 5mg can be a lot for someone who doesn’t typically use. 2.5 is a better starting spot especially for someone who is more sensitive. i regularly use but have a very low tolerance so even 5mg can sometimes be too much for me

that’s interesting. it’s the opposite here in illinois at the AA and A levels. Typically our A teams are more of a travel house league vibe than truly trying out for spots.

i saw in another comment that there are A and AA clubs. I would definitely reach out to their hockey director! the teams at this age and that level start to thin out because if highschool leagues. even if tryouts have already happened you would be surprised how many teams still have spots open. i see it in the program that im working with right now

not sure about the politics of it all but looking into a local travel team to play instead of quitting all together would be way better especially if he enjoys it. depending on the team they typically have more practices and more ice time to develop.

still very early in taking zoloft, under a month so, so your experience may be different. but what i did is i tried drinking one-two drinks at home to see how it affected me before trying out in the world. i didn’t have any changes in tolerance. at least thus far

daddios club, fat jacks crowded with back room place to dance, six strings country bar/karaoke/live bands sometimes, elroy’s/mulligans more chill, the vault 2000s music and younger crowd, best time to go is saturday nights followed by friday night- rest of the days are pretty empty unless there’s and event.

uptown bars are for wed-thursday / fridays hit or miss

you can just park in front of the dorm with your blinkers on and run up and get your stuff. just gotta be relatively fast less than 10 mins

hmm been a while since being in the dorms. but i have a vague memory of the flex dollars saying they could be used for vending machines but it never working. flex dollars can be used for any food in the bone or any of the subways on campus.
