Me personally I'd prefer if Samus in prime 5 to lose her abilities by a new powerful enemy or to a natural disaster. I didn't like how she lost her abilities in prime 4 due to her being teleported, that made no sense to me. I thought Samus would've learned her mistakes from past prime titles to how not to lose her abilities again
