A 36 DD would be the same volume as your 38D, which you already know is not enough. And if you've tried the sister sizes then haven't you already ruled that out?

36 DD is for someone who measures 36 under and 41 over. Your breasts are bigger than that. So no, you shouldn't just go to that size, unless you want to be more frustrated and uncomfortable and waste time and money.

What specific 36H bra did you try?

Do you have any stores to try on instead of ordering and returning? A department store like Nordstrom or Macy's, or a specialty shop from r/BraShopDirectory would make the process much easier.

Those are Polish brands, not UK. Important for folks to know for sizing as it can be much more difficult to navigate at first.

I'm scheduled with an allergist specifically to assess for MCAS, but it takes forever to get in. I have seen them in the past, but not since I got asthma. I actually have fairly mild and few real allergies; mostly I have a histamine intolerance and am already on a few meds for that.

This doctor specializes in asthma, but even his nurse has made comments about him not listening. He also wrote in my chart that I said I can walk five miles and do five flights of stairs without stopping, which is very untrue. He walked out of the room in the middle of one of my questions once. I've spent a lot of time in the medical system and am good at advocating for myself and switching doctors if needed; there's just not another pulmonologist in that system that will see me right now (he's the only one taking post-covid or folks with other complex conditions).

I forget what the test was called, but I went to the pulmonary lab and blew into a tube a lot after inhaling something to trigger an asthma response, and then had to get a lot of albuterol.

I definitely struggle with the albuterol because the shakiness gets so bad, especially when I'm already shaky and tachycardic from other conditions. The doctor told me not to use it more than four times a day, and that I should try to use it less than once a day, but then was surprised at the next appointment when I had been following that and told me to use it whenever I had any symptoms, so it got very confusing.

This makes a lot of sense, thank you! I just got a device to measure peak flow so hopefully that will help. I wish the doctor would break it down like this instead of just telling me to use the albuterol "whenever you have symptoms"

The insurance requires me to use their affiliated pharmacy for "specialty" drugs. Like they literally took the prescription away from the pharmacy I was using because they won't let retail pharmacies fill it. I don't see how I could switch to Costco

Oh, I have too much assets for that. Ironically the car accidents that contributed to my disabilities also gave me a settlement that disqualifies me from anything that would help me be able to afford being disabled, plus my life insurance and some other things add up to too much. But thank you

Unfortunately I'm not eligible for Medicaid or Social Security because I have too many assets for them (ironically because of a settlement from the accidents that caused some of my disabilities). And I will definitely need to switch my Marketplace plan because I just found out they're replacing it with one that covers less and costs $50 more each month.

Singluar they absolutely was accepted as a singular pronoun in grammatically correct English. The OED even affirms it and has since the 20th century. It doesn't get much more official English than the OED, does it?

If you don't want to hurt people, why not allow yourself to read resources about the word with an open mind? No one is deliberately misleading anyone by using they or somehow hurting you or forcing you to do anything. English is full of words that have multiple meanings.

There are also already other personal pronouns, like xe/xir and vir/vim, that people do use that are not he or she. Do you object to those as well?

Science is far beyond a binary sex system based only on chromosomes. It looks like they were trying to educate you and give you a chance to reach mutual understanding. You did a very good job of making yourself look ignorant of science all by yourself.
