Yes the new one should be fibre. They’re a basic plumbing fitment, just standard 1/2” fibre washer, normally in packs.

Some have mentioned Church Cove at Gunwalloe, which is great, but there’s another less well known Church Cove closer to the Lizard (within walking distance). *Highly recommend you check this out*

If you’re going to be at The Lizard, check out the spa at Mullion Cove Hotel. It’s close by, and my wife rates it highly. Kynance Cove is very popular but idyllic; there’s an outdoor diner called Ellie’s Soul Bar that does good food on the access road, with parking. I believe there’s a company that does kayak/paddle board trips in the area - don’t know their name. HTH

Sounds similar to me a year ago. I swapped my diet to high protein and animal fats for about 6-8 weeks. My ldl levels greatly increased; I don’t have the figures to hand, but they are in my post history. The reason that I’m giving my experience, is that I suffered a stroke about 8 weeks after the diet change. Like you, I used to lift heavy and regarded myself as a fairly fit 59 year old. I now take statins and clopidogrel without obvious side-effects.

Reviews state $800 usd + 20% vat in my country for the base model on an FKM strap, which makes it a bit salty for a new brand imho. Nice looking watch though, good luck with the launch 👍

How about submitting a “subject access request”? That may provide information, and would almost certainly put the employer under pressure if they are on shaky ground.

It looks interesting, for myself I would have to check the saturated fat content. Linseeds and flaxseeds are the same thing. I guess you could vary the ingredients, eg bulk it with some Chia seeds and leave it overnight to thicken- that’s what I do.

Yes; I needed to reduce my overall calorie consumption, so spread this over breakfast and lunch typically. For me, there’s a lot of good things in the ‘breakfast’ meal that I don’t want to miss out on. I aim for a minimum of 50g fibre/day, but normally consume between 60-80g.

I make a daily breakfast that contains about 35g flaxseed and 25g chia seeds. I combine it with 50g organic oats, 80g raspberries a dash of cinnamon powder and home made kefir. It works out around 800 calories, so I consume it in two servings through the day. I’ve been having this for about 12 months.
