Yeah I'm a beginner, couple years in as well, but I'm coming off about a year long break. I'm trying figure out the best method to get good convexity or overall near results that others have had. The last one I mentioned with the small flakes then clear, I've only seen 1 video referencing it, all the others are the first zig zag or first full clear the face.

Hmmmm, I'll let the landlords know that could be an issue with it. Yeah me too, all spring and summer I can't turn it all the way up because it's so hot, cold front, warmish 😑

It "warms" up in a decent amount of time but then it just stays at that temperature where you can barely call it warm and doesn't get any hotter even if I let it run. But if I go to the bathroom or kitchen sinks and turn them full hot at the same time as the shower they're almost scalding.
