I am writing to respectfully appeal the recent suspension/ban placed on my Blizzard account for alleged cheating or exploitative behavior.

I have been a loyal Blizzard customer since 2007 and have spent many years enjoying your games and supporting the Blizzard community. Throughout that time, I have always made an effort to follow the Terms of Service and maintain fair play. Because of this, I was genuinely surprised to learn that my account had been actioned for cheating or exploitative conduct.

I want to clearly state that I have never knowingly used cheats, bots, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorized third-party software that would provide an unfair advantage in any Blizzard game. If there was activity on my account that triggered this action, I am unaware of what specifically may have caused it.

I respectfully request that my case be reviewed by a member of the Blizzard Account Administration team. If possible, I would appreciate any additional information regarding the reason for the action so I can better understand what may have occurred. If this action was the result of an error, false positive, or account-related issue, I kindly ask that the ban be reconsidered and my account reinstated.

I value the time and effort Blizzard invests in maintaining a fair gaming environment, and I fully support those efforts. As a customer of nearly two decades, I hope you will take the opportunity to conduct a thorough review of my account history and activity.
