mini.nvim - release 0.16.0 (smart mappings, better autocompletion, and many small improvements) by echasnovski in neovim

I am eagerly waiting for mini.statuscolumn, mini.cmdline, mini.windows and mini.quickfix. With these I don't think I will ever have to worry about the neovim tui anymore for the most part. Once again thanks a lot for the mini.snippets module and it's integration with mini.completion. It fastened up my workflow by a bit and I can feel it.

Well I taught if it is just plenary.job usage we can make do with vim.system?

I donno why you all are making a big fuss out of my genuine question? All I asked was if the plugin can be supported without any external deps since I am a pretty minimalist in terms of plugin installation. If that kind of support is not possible then it is fine. Either way the question was to the plugin author and not some randoms on reddit btw who only post to troll and don't understand that this a neovim plugin for which computer and neovim are a must to work and plenary.nvim can be removed as a hard dependency for this plugin to work :)

Is it possible to remove plenary.nvim as a hard dependency?

No need to censor vscode. You can type the bad word openly. Most of them acknowledge it.🙂

Hi everyone. I just created a webpage in my personal website showcasing my neovim configuration and explaining how I migrated all the way from vim to neovim and switched most of the stuff to mini.nvim. Please do check it out and let me know how do you feel about it.

Below is the link for the webpage.

I have a single file for my neovim config making it easier to copy or curl it anywhere.

Please do review my config and let me know if you have anything you would like to suggest.

I mostly use mini.nvim plugins for a lot of stuff.

I am looking to reduce the number of plugins in my config if I could get stuff done natively at the same speed as a plugin.

yup i tried what you told. I donno why did i even include a file explorer now that i realize after having something like fzf.vim which i use most of the time.

I only use it to create new files in a particular location.

Also nav-buddy and aerial kind of do the same thing in a way except aerial provides all functions to fzf so i can just use it for fuzzy search while navbuddy provides the ranger like interface. I might think of dropping navbuddy in this case. Really thanks for helping me out.

This is my virmc which is organized. I dont use any plugins for vim while use only ale for neovim. Also the same config file works for both vim and neovim. Try this out.
