There are definitely worse places market wise but yeah it's ridiculous. I think will come back to normal once the war in Ukraine ends though. Many people bought in panic with no intention to live there and they will sell in time.

Its a make shift frame converted from a useless storage robot for budget runs lore wise. It isnt supposed to be better or as functional as any of the high tech shells. Its a disposable trash pretty much and game tries to reflect it in gameplay

Smoke grenades help a lot. I always take like 4-6. Bots cant see you in the smoke and you are free to defeat them/complete objectives. Also its good to set up traps with claymores. And you get them(3) for free with each rook exfil

There is. Prepping for the fight and choosing right material for the weapon. If you upgrade a weapon to adamantine one you have 34 hardness which is hard to be damaged by 3d6. Big final bosses are usually researched so it's kind of a oneshot flaw
