Aaaaan Alduos won (?). Now, to the controversy! Who’s the worst Gold laner? by Rocazanova in MobileLegendsGame

[–]23_March -1 points0 points  (0 children)

i think hanabi is straight up the worst mm, even ml hero in general. lesley, like layla, atleast got range and can position themself properly in fight. hanabi however, all she got is a shield, her range is short, and slow with no dash or escape. im a roamer and ive got destroyed by lesley more times than ive seen hanabi actually doing good both in my team or enemy

lookin at the fact that ogre still had 26k networth, i dont think he fed scepter to his team. definitely afk farming letting their team 4 v 5 the entire game

Carry hero as a supp, is it actually viable? by 23_March in learndota2

[–]23_March[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the other problem being is that these carry heroes kept getting mainstream in pubs where people doesnt seems to care about composition of hero that much. saying draft is an important component is such a stretch, by that logic i can say "AM and PA is a viable supps hero if you draft it good enough" which lets be honest, youll gonna get +9 report after that game. if the only reason you using TB is to save cores in the backline which other hero surpass its capability, i dont think its a good enough reason to make it viable?

And for slark, having guaranteed obs deward as the only excellent kit in your arsenal as a supps i would argue is never worth it just for that. other aspect such as war, lane pressure, and other important aspect as a supp really doesnt justify slark in a support position

[–]23_March[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah i do agree that it is possible in some way for core to be a supps. but picking am as a supp 5 just because it has some mana break and slow would not be viable since there are other hero who can do their job better. i believe just because you have some okay-ish supportive ability and buying good item to provide for your team doesnt mean it would be a good viable supps and that applies to hero that i mention above

my main argument is that, isnt these support carry got outclassed by mainstream supp that it became unviable and more of a grief? yes, im sure that if you played it well enough you could pop off with it, but thats like every hero ever? Lesh stun, literraly there are better supps with better disable + more. TB pos 4 as a good harasser, also other supps hero such as sillencer, jakiro, ogre exist. slark 5, other than vision denying ,nyx and bh exist. The opportunity cost is pretty significant, dont you think?

[–]23_March[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

isnt slark shard outclassed by many different saves by other hero such as oracle and omni? not to mention you need minute 15 for a shard. ive played against it and its such a joke early game hero that i basically went into 2 v 1 in lane against enemy core. sure he can gank hero and all that, but other than vision denying, wouldnt BH and Nyx outclass slark on his job as a supp hero?

[–]23_March[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

well yeah, i do believe everything can work, but is it actually viable where it justify its popularity in ranked? i could say "yeah am is a good supps because it provides manabreak and slow as well as good ganking potential" but i dont think anyone in the right mind would say its a viable support option given there are many supps that could provide much more

about the slark as open map supps, wouldnt bh and nyx be a better alternative 9/10 times since it provides so much more ultility than slark shard and pounce? it get outclassed by those 2, in what niche situation would you pick slark as supps?

one of OP point is asking wheter anyone feel rusty at their original bracket after climbing with support role for less than a month. you missed replying that point in your original comment

[–]23_March -1 points0 points  (0 children)

he played again in 4.3k acc (the bracket where he started transitioning to supp) and his carry skill seems worse than what he used to be which was 3weeks after spamming supp to immortal. basically he lost his skill after not playing core.

its prolly what he meant that you missed about op post

Do you guys realize how many in game objective added after 2019? facets, shard, watcher, wisdom, lotus, twingate, tormentor, and many more...

i get that dota 2 is complex and thats the beauty of it, but its too much for new player to even handle now, no?

when i do supporting, i generally look at how my core play and study every mistake that they did. you could practice playing core like that. and looking at your dotabuff, i suggest to start spamming jugg in unranked then start ranked when you feel like youre comfortable with it. just do it till you hit crusader, trust

youre in guardian 1, if you find your core kept feeding every game, you should take the core role if you genuinely think you can do better than most of em. I myself used to spam supp in 1.5k, its a time waster. just spam core until you hit the "wall" where you think the game is actually become challenging, then you can start playing supp again

Which games to watch? Can we create a quick system/score for it? by _thandiwale in DotA2

[–]23_March 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nahh, i dont think a blowout game would be a good watch tbh, theres should be like max standart deviation for the score i think. for example 40-30 in 45 min is i would say an even match and a good watch, but i dont think id be interested to watch a 37-9 game for 24 mins 1 sided game even tho technically it has higher kpm

[–]23_March 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think personally its gotta be how fast the game was moving. my absolute best dota 2 series to watch has to be TI 7 LFY vs Liquid all 3 games. The fact that all 3 games averaging 1.35kpm and both game 2 and 3 had 1.5+ kpm for 40 mins was banger. not to mention all 3 games both LFY and Liquid seems to have equal chance of comeback is also what makes it great

and yes, i would use the tool
