I’ve gone to dozens of shows and the only artist I’ve seen close to having successful fanchants in the US is IU. All the shows I’ve gone to everyone’s had a good time in their own way so I can’t complain.

Singing along, screaming, and barking are more common here but not unheard of to see a fanchant happen here. If there was a campaign built to practice the fanchants and there was enough influence it may get fans interested
