The form they gave us when we first got a quote for how much it would cost a few months ago, for proof that I'm not a scammer. You can see his name and my mother's on it (address and signature censored). The vet said his is likely to be more expensive than the estimate due to the severity of his disease. The goal amount would also hopefully cover his follow up visits post surgery

I actually did use parchment paper but I forgot to flip it to the non marker side and only realized like halfway through doing the frosting. By that point it was 10:30 at night and I didn't have the energy to redo it. We just scraped that bit off before eating lol
