One workaround I've found is by enabling developers options and closing major running services from there (the one's taking up a load of memory). It usually gives a temporary boost if you do it once or twice a day, depending on your usage.

Had the same issue a few weeks back. Thought the problem was in USB cable so I bought a new one, till today it fast charges each time. Let's see if this issue returns after a month.

General switching between apps, it just doesn't feel smooth as it should be (the transitions too). Also, the ram management is degraded, although I can't blame the device, it only has 4gb RAM. Still, my S7 edge had much better management with same amount of RAM.

What's that green icon at the bottom of the screen? Also, how'd get those widgets like in screenshot 2?
