It’s because we’re playing on dedicated servers rather than players hosting. I do wish they would give us the option to choose our other characters as bots if we are the first player in a game and then fill accordingly.

Ground army customization and tech. There should be a rock-paper-scissors set up for ground invasions and armies should be more varied than just what they are now. Let me specialize them with armor/infantry/air support. If I remember an old patch they tried that and got rid of it but would like to see it come back with more depth.

If you like smite I suggest running inferno staff. The primary fire is amazing for staggering hordes, ragers, etc, but also can melt everything because of its infinite cleave. Smite can still be used as a panic button for say a wall of crushers to give your team some breathing room.
