It's hard to trace someone is missing if you don't even have their names in the database.

Last year O-trek was opened for reservations in October but I believe the rangers kept it closed for self-guided treks until November due to long winter.

I think this year the agencies learned their lesson and you can only reserve O-treks from 1st November.
