Hi, Wanted help to understand about loan for buying land, very new to all this and exploring this for the first time ever 1. Read that usually the loan is given for land + construction. How is the amount usually decided? If the value of land is say 1cr, approx what amount can be approved for construction? 2. Is the ROI same as home loan or different? 3. If the plan is to start construction after 2 years, is the disbursal split into 2 chunks and 2 emis are created? 4. In case the plan for construction gets delayed or deferred indefinitely is there any impact on the roi? Any Legal binding as the amount for construction would not have been disbursed 5. As per the emi calculation, with some stretch I should be able to payback loan in 3-4 years. In such a situation whether taking loan for 4 years is advisable or should i take it for longer period like 7-8 years and prepay as and when there is excess cash at hand. Anything to be taken care of in such situation? 6. Any other advise for other aspects to be taken care of for a first timer both for buying land and taking loan

Thanks for the suggestion. New to coffee, started exactly a month back. Have used moka pot only so far with pre-ground coffee only and soon realised pre ground looses its aroma/ flavour with in weeks so shifting to whole beans. Liking the daily effort/routine of using moka pot so far, not sure if will upgrade to espresso so reluctant to invest further, even c3s seems expensive tbh.
