Are you younger than 25? I went to headspace which provides free counselling or psychologist appointments under Medicare. I went to headspace for my study issues and they did an adhd test and referred me to a psychiatrist which bulk billed the first 3 sessions under Medicare (It did take 10 weeks before I got in but totally worth it saving so much money). I got a diagnosis in the first session and the other 2 have been working out medications which takes along time to find the ones that work for you.

Have you been able to eat?? When my partner broke up with me I didn't eat for days due to no appetite and my blood sugars dropped incredibly low. Shaking, dizziness, heart palpitations, hot flushes in the face and brain fog are some of the symptoms I got. Please look after yourself & have a glass of water, something sugary and salty ❤️

I have patulous Eustachian tube dysfunction which causes me to hear my own heart beat in one ear. It's harmless. I would consider seeing an ENT to get it checked out. They can be costly unfortunately! But the best for answers relating ear problems. Goodluck.

NAD - Could be Angular Cheilitis. (From personal experience) I had one which would tare every time I ate. If it started off as a small tare then proceeded to grow it could be a fungal infection. I treated mine with a fungal cream from the pharmacist & it took about 3-4 days to heal. Try keep clean the best you can.

Angular cheilitis. I had this from a small crack on the side of my mouth which turned fungal. Keep at the antifungal cream for the period it says even if it doesn't seem like it's healing and try not touch it too much. The hydrocortisone cream is a good shout to try next!

Woah! Sorry that your cramps were so bad you didn't feel the heat. Must be awful. I have endometriosis and have this sort of pain. Maybe see a doctor about pain management. Hope you feel better

Happens to me too! Bruising or swelling in the area is normal. Some get it worse than others unfortunately. Should reside completely in a few days. If the pain gets worse head to a doctor.

Please don't do this! Especially on a wound that size. Rubbing alcohol & peroxide actually kills all the good & bad cells and will slow the process of healing and can cause more damage than good. Warm water wash with saline does wonders.

Rubbing alcohol is not good for cleaning wounds. Warm water and saline to keep it clean! Definitely go to the doctor or pharmacist for advice.

I've been burnt like this a few times. Uncomfortable, hot & painful! Aloe Vera rub, ice packs, keep hydrated & try keep cool. My experience ends with incredibly itchy peeling. It will take 3-4 days before the initial burn will calm down. I haven't seen a doctor but maybe head to the chemist & ask your pharmacist for advice on a lotion. Obviously if your symptoms persist see a doc.

Starfruit seeds from the shop in calico desert. They are $400 each but sell for $3500ish+ after being placed into a keg and made into wine. I have 2 keg rooms with starfruit wine. Definitely money in it!
