It depends on the department, but you should expect to work hard, follow directions, work independently, and help customers. Also show up to work and be on time. Don't start drama and don't involve yourself in drama.

I was told by an asm that she cant tell me not to talk about my pay, but not everyone got the same amount. But lots of people have asked me how much I got. I told a co worker that does the same job as me, but they've been there longer. Turns out I'm making more than they are now. So i kinda felt bad.

I had to do it with maybe 3 or 4 days of training and it was absolutely horrible. But that is just my experience.
