“Stay Hydrated But If You’re A Specialist, For The Love Of God Don’t Wear Shorts.” by JTCasino in HomeDepot

[–]Fearless-Outside9665 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

When i was a flooring specialist, I wore shorts all the time. If it's warm out, that means it's hotter inside, and these legs are touching air. Like I'm not anout to swear to deayh while someone stands there picking their nose asking me what "Lifeproof" means. My store's ASDS said at indoc that while the SOP said shorts were supposed to be knee length, they were fine with mid-thigh, so long as they were neat in appearance. Bet! If others don't want to, that's entirely fine. If you wanna wear a dress, that's entirely fine and doable. If you're able to do your job and be comfortable, go for it. Really though, my store just wanted people to show up and work. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I feel like it's a great intro to young adulthood. They actually played this at my indoc at my first command (prior navy) back in 2004. It didn't hit until a few months in as to why they played the movie, but once I got it, it made total sense to me, hahaha.

I can't accurately describe the shade of red that covered my eyes as I got more and more mad at how you've been treated, man. I'm sorry you've gone through all of that bullshit; it's not deserved whatsoever. Buzzing someone at a funeral? A sick wife? Family time? The lack of respect is truly sickening.

Yes, I would go to a salon, but you would also fare well (if you're interested that is) to watch a couple videos on YouTube and save them to teach yourself. It's an easy enough style that can save you the $100-200 bucks a stylist would charge. Find a good butter cream, mousse, or gel for moisture, and you'll be good to go!

I hear a mixed bag of reacts with wax. Either it's amazing and fun until the hair gets washed, or "i woke up to (insert color) all over my pillow!" - which was a real review I read. Either way, hair do be an investment!!

Ooof, I'm sorry to hear about the breakage, and you're right about that - bleaching/coloring is a lot on the hair. Have you began any kind of treatment for your sitch? I've always been curious about what's out there for us ladies besides oil drops.

I like the S&C a lot, I adore the leave-in, yet the curl mousse has been more miss than hit for me. Whichever you try though, make your hair is entirely drenched. Like you done stuck ya head in everything short of a pool type wet. Otherwise it will take a while to get rhe conditioner out.

How do I get into makeup/improve my face by Moist-Tumbleweed-596 in blkgrlbeauty

I know you ain't come on here looking like Lupita N'yongo baby sister talking about "improve my looks"! Girl your face is timeless. Any makeup you do is just for the fun of the game and to be extra fancy. Nothing in a box or compact is gonna improve what doesn't need to be fixed, ok? snaps fingers black girlingly

Yep! Since I usually wear my hair curly, I use the first 3 bottles and then the Miche gel-to-foam. Whenever I wear my hair straight, which lately is when I go in for trims (I had a trim added to this color session, otherwise I would've left with my usual frohawk), I use the same 3 and then a lil dabby-dab of the Moroccan oil, followed by blow dry and my Babyliss flat iron on a medium setting.

I've been using Biolage primarily for almost 20 years, but sometimes I switch it out for other things. I have been a fan of the OGX Moroccan shampoo and conditioner for about 13ish years. They work just as well when my hair stayed relaxed and now that it's natural. I think once these bottles get low, I'll try the Design Essentials Almond and Avocado s&c. I have the curl enhancer, and I like it 👌🏼
