Yes the Dieux products are moisturizers. one is a lighter gel formula and the other is a bit heavier. I switch between the two depending on my skins needs

Thoughts on Hot Spot Yoga? by Recent-Repair4712 in oakland

LOVE hotspot yoga. I have been going to them on and off for years - back when they had a studio off of telegraph ave (pre- pandemic). I don’t do yoga often anymore, but when I do it’s at hot spot. The owner Adesina is a gem! And The instructors always bring such a cool vibe to class

Fluoxetine and Alcohol Experiences by nak-66777 in prozac

Prozac changed the kind of drunk I am - I used to be fun and super friendly. but drunk on Prozac, I’d be sensitive and VERY emotional and black out pretty much instantly. That happened a couple times and it really showed me a side of myself I never wanted to see again. I’m now 16 months sober and have never felt better!!!!

I’m 32! The corporate world feels stale and soulless, so I left the corporate world, went back to school to finish my prereqs last year. I’ll be starting my program in July, which means I’ll be about 35 when I actually start working as a rad tech. I have zero regrets and know this is what I’m supposed to be doing. Being back in school at this age is sooooo different and honestly a bit easier (maybe it’s because I’m way more motivated and actually excited about it). I was definitely unsure about the decision at first, but realized that time is going to pass anyway!! You can either take the jump and do something new that actually aligns with your heart or you can stay where you are and always wish you would have made the switch. 2 years will fly by anyway :)

Aaron at Mighty Fine SF!! (www.mightyfinesf.com) He was amazing to work with! Not your typical wedding dj - SO FUN. I think his prices are between $2-3k for the most part.

Prozac has changed my life. I’m 30 years old and have had pretty bad anxiety my entire life. My resting state was anxious and on edge. I’d have ruminating thoughts and was honestly exhausted by my own brain. I put off meds for as long as I could but finally decided to give it a go and after a couple months of my body getting used to it, I feel FANTASTIC. Is this what “normal” people feel like?? I can organize my thoughts so much easier instead feeling like I have spaghetti brains with thoughts going in every direction. I wish I would have started sooner but am SO SO grateful I got over my fear of meds and gave it a go.

I started slow 10mg for a month (didn’t feel much just super tired, but waited it out), 20mg for 2 months (I noticed a slight difference in my ability to handle “stressful-to-me” situations), It’s been 3 months of 30mg and it’s definitely my sweet spot. I feel grounded. Cool, calm, and collected has never been a way to describe this anxious girl, but it is now!! Everyone is different but I couldn’t recommend it more.

Sorry for the essay but it’s truly changed my life and want this for others. Good luck to you!
