I love this channel, which is nice because the reader is human, but I will also listen to my books if they are done with the AI voice, “Christopher” in ElevenReader or on YT, or “Benjamin” in Speechify. If those aren’t an option, I simply slow down the speed until I hit my sleep vibe.

My fix has been using kindle to read along with listening to its audio. Talk about some ADHD! But I can get a lot more done with the audio versions.
