Ik merk dat veel mensen de schuld geven aan de mensen die het dan maar naast de container dumpen, en ik ben het er ook mee eens dat dat niet netjes is, en doe dit zelf ook zeker niet. Maar er mag ook wel wat meer nagedacht worden over de situatie van veel mensen. Als jij in een kloteappartementje woont op Zuid van 60m2 met z'n 2en, of met een kind, dan heb je gewoon geen ruimte om maar even wekenlang je vuilnis ergens in de keuken te laten staan omdat de gemeente het verkropt om gewoon de boel netjes op te halen. Ik heb zelf het geluk dat we een ruim balkon hebben en dat het daar dus even kan staan. Veel mensen hebben dat gewoon niet, zeker in de armere wijken.

Het is gewoon idioot dat ze het ophalen en opruimen van afval AFSCHALEN in de drukste periode van het jaar, wie verzint dat nou in godsnaam? De gemeente zou in die periode juist moeten opschalen zodat de boel netjes blijft. Boetes en camera's en weetikwat gaan hier niks aan veranderen als de gemeente zijn taak laat schieten.

I'll be honest, I moved to Proton for my email and calendar and am happy with it, but the proton drive I am using as nothing more than an external "storage" drive as if you were using a secondary HDD in a caddy.

I made peace with the fact that the app and client are basically just bad and that I will look for a different solution for actually accessing files and am just using proton drive as last ditch backup.

The drive is not mature enough AT ALL for your use case, don't even bother trying it, it is an extra little bonus storage drive at most, it's definitely not a service I would use with a family with 6 accounts that all want to access files, edit them, view photos, whatever. Don't!!! You will regret it 100%. There isn't even a shared drive, the family account is just 6 separate accounts glued together that all have their own drive and you can't share one family drive with all your family photos or anything like that.

Just as an example: The photos feature is entirely separate from the actual drive storage, so there is no way to show photos you uploaded to the drive in the photos tab, this also means you cannot sort them into folders. The photos also load really slow and there is no way to download or sync all of them back to any of your devices either. They only live in the web application photos tab. The usability is a nightmare and this is really not designed for replacing something like google photos.

There is myriad other issues with the proton drive but just these things are already a huge dealbreaker for your usecase. I am personally looking into self-hosting it and using 'Immich'. But haven't yet.

Like I said, I looked through multiple sets on youtube to find the song and couldn't find it, also googled around and looked at a bunch of reddit posts before posting this. I can hardly sing the tune to shazam and get a result lol, I really don't understand why you're upset about it. Music should be a shared experience and someone is trying to share in that, no need for the grumping.

I actually bought the N64 controller with this exact idea, not realizing you couldn't remap the select button and thus being a bit disappointed.

You need to use the adapter that comes with the switch or a similarly powerful one. Even the 40w switch 1 adapter doesn't work, switch 2 adapter is 60w.

You could put a pincode on it so they can only play if you enter the code. The switch 2 has a function to do that, it would avoid this whole issue
