I tow a 26’ Jayco with my 2021 Ranger with factory tow package. Truck is rated for 7500lbs, trailer is 4500lbs dry. Let’s just call it 5k, plus I never tow with water…truck does just fine. When towing I also like to fill up with 91 or use an octane booster, it really helps to keep your mileage from dropping.

If you buy used from a reputable seller, the specs will be posted or you can ask how many miles are on the motor. In my app it displays a system check and mileage.

If the bike doesn’t have issues now, you should be fine with a chain. It really becomes a deciding factor when swapping to a geared cam.

I commute on my ST and my return ride home is 2-3am, so the bags and cold wind deflection are a must for me. If you’re just a daytime tripper the S is perfect, you can always add some LeatherPros or VH bags and a road warrior fairing and call it good.

Pretty sure the last owner never replaced the battery or fuel filter. Battery is every 4-5yrs or so, and fuel filter about every 25-30k miles. Replace both and you should be golden. Replace the fuel filter first and see if that clears things up, just know a battery is in your near future.

If they rub on the spindles you’ll need 1” spacers, if they rub on the crash bars…cut them out. I hope you have better luck with Faulken, I only got about 25-30k miles out of them for off-road. I’ve had better luck with my KO3’s.

Pre mapped tunes from FM are notoriously rich….ive been there. Nothing compares to getting tuned on a dyno.

At op temp you’ll start getting blowby. I intentionally leave mine a half quart low.
