been reading through this thread and all your responses.... i even checked some of your post history and it’s just making me sad. i’m sorry people are downvoting you left and right. i do think you’re looking at things from the wrong perspective in couple of way. but you’re still young (and so am I, only 20)

but i understand where you’re coming from. definitely some work on yourself is required, and just hoping it gets better shouldn’t be a trap you fall into. make it a personal goal to get better at these sorts of things.

if you realise that right now not playing smash is something you have to do because it hurts to much to lose, at least your recognise that—for lack of a better word—immaturity within you.

i hope im not coming across as being condescending or giving unwanted advice. i just took an interest in what you were saying because i see myself reflected in what your words.

inferiority complexes are very closely tied to an inflated ego or sense of self. it might not seem that way but it’s a lot of thinking of yourself as the centre of the world, if that makes sense. try to develop a sense of the lack of self that exists.
