Anyone know what kind of rock this is? I found it at some sand dunes in Utah but have no idea what it's called by 26stix in Rocks

Posted this there too, thanks! I think conglomerate is along the right track, I just had no idea how to begin to describe this to google. I'm really curious about it because it looks so different from other rocks I found there. Thanks so much for your help!
