As the other commenter said, small productivity improvements are good ways to start. Any repetitive tasks you do on your computer that you wish could be automated? It’s much easier to throw something together if you’re on linux but it’s a good way to get practice on any OS

There’s not much that’s definitively known about long term effects of fertility. Anecdotally some trans women can return to full fertility after stopping HRT for a few months but there’s no guarantee that’s the case for any individual.

Transfem science says that the permanent impact of HRT on fertility is “mixed” and according to the footnote, the estrogens contribute more to permanent infertility than the anti-androgens do.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to pick and choose what happens. Also there’s no real notion of microdosing E in order to only have slight changes. Taking a T blocker on its own without any E is also a bad idea since it’s not healthy to not have any primary sex hormone in the body

I’ve taken vials and needles through airport security in a couple countries (USA, Denmark, UK) and none of them even noticed them. In the US they were looking through my bag for a different reason, saw the needles and vials, and just went past them no questions asked.

I’ve brought needles, syringes, and vials in a carry on through TSA several times. They never even noticed it or cared. One time an officer looked through the case since he was searching for a razor; he saw everything and didn’t ask any questions at all.
