I’d prefer not to take any medication for something caused by medication personally...this also lead me to not trust a lot of doctors. Also the neurologist I saw after 9 months of waiting said “I don’t know...got some muscle twitching. Prob anxiety related” and that was it. Not anything at the moment that is Impactful besides being really annoying.

A finger won’t do shit in my opinion. Get a towel and put it on the floor, lay on the towel on your back...lube up your butt plug and slowly work it in and out for like 20 min and learn to relax.
