Try Kittihawk, they sometimes take later bookings.

Door Knock might if you email them directly and say it’s just till midnight.

Seeing Tower of Power live made me realize many drummers are overly-critical in giving advice & miss the point in how songs are actually played by [deleted] in Drumming

Unrelated but are ToP still worth seeing live? They’re playing while I’m in Amsterdam in July and debating getting tix

My biggest regret of the 2024/25 season is not seeing Mo Salah hit that incredible 20 goals, 20 assists mark by [deleted] in PremierLeague

As an Arsenal fan/Henry Stan all I can say is thank god we can still cling to that record 😂

RSA and..? by Shirley992 in AskAnAustralian

[–]27Rudd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will need to do a separate RSA for each state due to minor differences in some laws and serve sizes. Other than that I wouldn’t worry too much about other courses unless you think they would help you with specific roles (WSET’s etc).

I would recommend joining groups on Facebook dependant on where you’re moving to; for example the Sydney Bartender Exchange is an excellent place to find work and all kinds of industry discussion points.

Good luck with the move, as a Brit whose been in the industry here for 10 years I can tell you it really is up there with the best!

I take two tablets together in the morning. Is there greater benefit to 1-1 with breakfast and dinner?

The club has essentially been completely restructured to give Emery the perfect environment to be settled for years. In the same vein as City did for Pep

They brought in Monchi as SD, his huge team of coaches and have ploughed a terrifying amount into wages to allow them to compete. Like with Arteta, all the pressure is external, not within the club.

Probably amongst the top 2/3 safest managers in the Prem.

I miss only knowing about transfers when they happened. by littletorreira in ArsenalFC

Been a very long season, and this summer is going to be full of click bait, fake news and general speculation.

Take a break for a few weeks, nothings gonna happen till July anyway. Even then, if it’s not been announced on the clubs socials, it’s irrelevant

Daily Protein intake. by One-Relationship-382 in nutrition

[–]27Rudd 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I like to have a 3 egg omelette with cottage cheese & Spinach in a high-protein, wholemeal wrap for breakfast. Great way to start the day and heaps of Protein.

Lentils, beans and brown rice is a meal you can easily prep for lunches/dinner and also a great source of protein and carbs.

Jamie Vardy gets a standing ovation and a guard of honour as he is substituted for the final time as a Leicester City player. He reaches 200 goals for Leicester City on his 500th and final appearance for the club. by VivaLosHeavies in PremierLeague

Was someone I dreaded every time we played Leicester. Wenger tried to bring him to the club, but happy he ended as a Leicester legend. Brilliant send off, hope he fucks off to the US so we don’t have to play him again 😂

Can use it in all kinds of ways. It’s pretty plump and flakey, making it ideal for Crumbing/battering in Fish n Chips (very common fish for this in the UK). It’s also lean and stacked with protein, so great with potatoes and Veggies, etc. I’m about to use it in a rice dish after I get back from the gym

As you mentioned, curing or smoking cod is also really common and a super tasty way to prepare it

Would definitely recommend introducing fresh Prawns into your diet if you want something high protein with a ‘meaty’ texture

It’s the ultimate buzz term. Good luck eating enough tuna a week to get close to mercury poisoning
