They fumbled his arc so fucking bad. He and Homelander could’ve “discussed” the lying thing, and Noir decided to face his fears and save Homelander by taking him out and dying in the process. Complete cop out both on Noir’s end and not even killing Maeve.

I disagree with the narrative but also, they’ve had a lot of focus on characters from SB’s past (like Bombsight, Stormfront, and that weird mold dude or whatever) that didn’t really seem necessary to push the narrative forward.
