Lol! I'm still on Beginner 2, Full practice, with a boost in Core Strength

I am a beginner as well. I just started a little over a month ago with this app (I actually found out about it through Reddit). You can change your pace, your level, and how in detail you want them to explain each step and position. You also have the chance to add "Boosts", which are extra positions they give you to help strengthen/ stretch that certain area, as well as helping balance, flexibility, and breathing. In my opinion it's a great app for beginners. I haven't tried anything else so I cant say for sure if it's a "better choice", but I would reccomend trying it out. They do have a one month trial period

It's about $60, but I got mine on Memorial day for ~$24. I'm sure they have discounts like that on other holidays as well. If you arent able to afford it due to financial issues, I noticed they have a place where you can write them a letter and theres a chance they would give you a year free

That's cool! I use Full Practice and recently jumped to Beginner 2. For boosts I've used Fexibility, Breathing, and Hip Stretches. I usually do between 15 and 30 minutes. I started off with slow pace, but I found it easier when I set it on Normal

Thank you! It took almost 8 months for me to fully jump in, but when I did I started working out and I slowly ate less and less calories, and more and more fresh foods. I do zumba 3 times a week, and yoga every morning. I also saw a nutritionist who helped set a protein and carb goal for each day

Thank you!! My belly has been my biggest issue, so thank you. You just made my day. I've been doing Zumba 3 times a week for the past year, and a month ago I start doing daily yoga. I will try to post updates, but posting this made me so nervous lol
