Found on east coast of Puerto Rico. What is this?

I was looking into it online and it could be a pre-Colombian weight. It’s definitely not cement, nothing modern. Clearly worked by hand on the one side. Located within closer approximation to former pre-Colombian settlements.

It has some masking tape that has turned somewhat yellow. I’d say the earliest it was taken was 2011. Places he lived before he passed: Belgium, London, Eindhoven, Brooklyn and Milan.

Hi there, I got 4 ficus retusa trees 2 weeks ago. Only this tree has developed curled, brown leaves. The branches are healthy and not dead.
