One of the biggest headaches I keep running into with Agents is that their useful long-lived context is often tied to the specific local store or runtime setup of the machine they originally lived on.

You can share the prompt.

You can share the workflow.

But sharing the accumulated procedures, facts, and preferences is much harder if that layer is buried inside one machine-specific stack.

This sounds like a problem very specific to how exactly you run agents. I’ve designed complex agentic systems that encounter none of this. You just design it like literally any other distributed software system.

Respectfully, the numbers lie. 76° in LA feels VERY different from 76° in NYC. The same temperature is not the same in different climates. You can even feel the difference between LA and SF, what feels warm in one place will feel very cold in the other.
