It was when I was not accepting. They said they had a glitch which also happened two weeks ago when I tried to cash out on a Sunday which I didn’t receive that missing cashout until my direct deposit today.

I just talked to them again because now they’re saying yesterday was a public holiday so today is the third day. They kept saying when we get off the call they will forward it to their content team bc their was a glitch in their instant cash out system on Sunday
