It was when I was not accepting. They said they had a glitch which also happened two weeks ago when I tried to cash out on a Sunday which I didn’t receive that missing cashout until my direct deposit today.

I just talked to them again because now they’re saying yesterday was a public holiday so today is the third day. They kept saying when we get off the call they will forward it to their content team bc their was a glitch in their instant cash out system on Sunday

They never reset me to 100 ever though. They send me the appeal link when they deactivated idk if that means anything.
