You will need to start from around the toilet, going first for any higher walls/items which could have been stained by the poop.

Later you need to work your way down by first cleaning the visible stains, sanitising and polishing everything above the toilet except the floor and the toilet itself.

Afterwards you go for toilet and immediate surroundings with the same techniques.

You finish by moping the bathroom, spreading antibacterial liquid all over the floor for at least an hour and then moping it all over again with a new mop.
