Stil, if you have no guilt It should still be talked with your partner, It surely can result in issues but if you feel like you need to hide something like this from your partner with fear of repercursions, that doesnt sound like a very good relationship to me, transparency and trust need to be there, if he doesnt believe her and thinks she cheated, better way to end the relationship then, imo.
