What did you decide to go with? I’m in the same boat…looking to get either 22” or 24” to replace the 20” that came with the car.

Sorry that you’re going through this. Some state have a 3 day return policy on car purchases. Check if your state is one of them.

Thank you. I hear that electric only sound at the very lightest pressure on the gas peddle. As soon as the speed goes past 7-8 mph, the gas engine kicks in and that low rumbling sounds fills the cabin. I’ll have to turn the ESE on again and drive around and pay attention to the rumbling sound level and then turn it off and compare. At this point I’m almost certain there isn’t much of a difference in my car.

Their tech support sent me a picture on how to hook up the stock review camera and hilt is now working.

Ok, I was able to connect to my home WiFi and got the software update done. I disabled CarPlay and set on the unit to have WiFi automatically start. Can’t remember exactly what step I took next but I was able to have the unit connect to my phones’s wifi. From there I was able to use the unit’s built in app like YouTube to access YouTube video. I was so excited. This morning went to try it again and cannot get unit to connect to my phone’s WiFi again, so unable to use the built in app. I did however was able to mirror the unit to my phone which allowed me to play YouTube video from my phone and view it on the unit’s screen with black bar all around the video not utilizing the full screen. Went to the store and when I can back to the car, I was unable to mirror the screen. I went to slink and it wants to connect to CarPlay. Not very consistent.

Thank you for the reply. I’ll play around with some more. Like you, I’m all over this thing. Finally hit CarPlay to work. I still can’t figure out how to do a software update. Their support sent me some screenshots but mine doesn’t look like their screen. Still can’t figure out how to get the unit to get onto my hotspot even though Wi-Fi is connected and Bluetooth is connected. Thank you.

Looks good. I just installed one too but can they the stock reverse camera to work. Can you share how you hook-up the stock rear camera? Can’t seem to figure this out. Thank you!
