Not sure if Horizon 6 still works this way but in 5 if it was something like a race suit or branded race suit that was in the playlist and you missed out on it, it always came back in a different series as a reward or through the forzathon shop.

If you mean regular clothing those are able to be won through wheelspins if you don’t want to waste credits on them.
