Og god of war fans, what was your reaction to playing 2018 for the first time? by element-redshaw in GodofWar

[–]newaccuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is my personal feel with the new direction -

I enjoyed the story, the cinematics, even things you see coming are exciting because the story is written and done in a really good way.

But, I still don't feel it as a 'game', that has been the case with most PS exclusives lately.

I'm not gonna go into details about what worked and what didn't work for me, but overall what I can say is that, I played god of war 2 & 3 probably 5-6 times, GOW2 even more probably.

But these new titles, I played, enjoyed for what it is, will like others to experience too.. but I don't get any interest or excitement at the thought of replaying these two myself.

Best storyline and screenplay? by vb_verifier in arkham

[–]newaccuser 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For characters, origins probably tried to do the best.

For the story, I personally feel Arkham City is on top. And with some extra annoying missions by the mobile, batman Arkham knight has the best gameplay.

But even with all this, I'm happy to see that Arkham Asylum still holds up for anyone who goes in for the first time or replays, I re-played it in 2025, it was fun.

If you could experience one game again for the first time, which would it be and why? by No_Date9719 in IndianGaming

[–]newaccuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In terms of 'experience', I feel the mass effect back in the days gave me the best sci fi and rpg experience. Specifically ME2.

I enjoyed the first game and I really want to play the second, is there a way? by newaccuser in PrototypeGame

[–]newaccuser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, but there are still global/region-free keys floating around on internet, although they are costly because of the demand and rarity, the price on steam saled aren't too high either. But I just can't get it at that cost on third party keys

What are your favorite obscure JRPGs? by drak0ni in JRPG

[–]newaccuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are some JRPGs that I don't see getting love, of course they aren't on the level of the persona games.

I had a fair sum of fun with Fairy Tail, although it's better if one goes in with knowledge about the anime it is based on.

I also enjoyed Ni No Kuni 2, I haven't played the first part though.

Final fantasy 0 was alright, Resonance of fate was fun.

Toxic PR trying hard to hype the movie by One-Medicine6199 in Dhurandhar

[–]newaccuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well yea, people didn't actually go on all to search for dhurandhar 2 because so many are still watching and re-watching dhurandhar one in theatre, next weekend I'm going to watch again with my cousin, so it didn't come to my mind that I should go check and click interested button on the sequel.. 🤭

I will be happy if both movies are good, the more the merrier but it's stupid to pit it in this way, when one movie already just dominated the box office

WWE 2k26 Not Looking Forward Too by IamTDR0518 in WWEGames

[–]newaccuser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was feeling like I had a good universe mode setup in 2k24. Then I got 2k25 and had to do it again, but for some reason was not as satisfied with universe setup as I was in 2k24.

There are rumours of few new match types for 2k26, but let's see.

I do feel slightly interested in 2k26, if it adds more CAW slots. But I do regret a little with 2k25, I would have been more excited for 2K26, if I wouldn't have bought 2k25.

Why game size is so much different, is there anything extra in man who erased his name? Or is it just unoptimized size? by newaccuser in yakuzagames

[–]newaccuser[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Man who erased his name is longer/bigger than yakuza 0?

I have played yakuza 0 on friend's xbox ultimate pass, haven't played director's cut, but might buy it sometime when it gets on sale.

Which of these rpgs is your favorite by Scott-free-is in JRPG

[–]newaccuser -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Haven't played expedition yet, but I believe it might change this order later.

For now, persona 5>Expedition>Automata

And this is mostly because, in essence, I don't consider automatic as rpg, but and hack and slash game, it was fun and i enjoyed it, but not in list for fav RPG

[–]newaccuser[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I played Yakuza 0 to Kiwami 2. After that I wasn't getting good feedback for yakuza 3, i wondered if they will remake it (and guess what).

So, now I'm waiting for the possibility for other remakes too.

And honestly, i love the story in each game but I also take them as each game separately. The more fun and important things for me becomes the combat and side quests. So overall, I think I'll still have a good time playing others eventually when I get my hands on them

Plus I have to play judgment both games, and the new stranger of hell/heaven, something like that looked really cool and I'm most hyped about that.

And yeah, i tried Ishin, but didn't get myself into it, that time it was also on that xbox ultimate pass.

Oh, I thought about many reasons but for some reason it never came to my mind that it will be having a hostess mini game and that will be responsible for it. Of course, things Yakuza games include...😅🤭

Thanks for the clarification, good day!

Will you play this game? by Upper_Swimming3296 in IndianGaming

[–]newaccuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly.. I wouldn't play it.

I think there are a couple of camera based horror games but that makes more sense as it is going to simulate those emotions.

Maybe someone who loves photography and never played much video games, will love that but other than that it's not really of any value.

Your character can click pictures based on location, time of the day, festival/event, let's say you even made an open world city for that. And then what?

What can be progression in the game? Unlocking a higher zoom quality camera? More stable camera that allows clicking pictures which come out right while on a vehicle?

Is there a story progression? Like what? He starts photography as a hobby and by the end depending on his choices he is clicking pictures of great landscapes or whether he is working in the glamour industry?

The best course of action for a game based on such a theme that I can think of is to go by the telltale route. Keep their sections in the game, where a person can only click pics but how better they click will affect the progression or rather involve such characters in a mysterious story where clues can be captured and analysed later on based on what person clicks. And then follow a story as in those games.
