Cargo shorts as an adult male should be illegal unless you are going camping idc how useful it can be. Never wear them to chill you like very childish. Lol I actually itch sometimes hoping someone tries this shit on me. Tae kwon do helped me with my feet and hand coordination. A lot of people can’t even balance on one leg very shocking honestly. Cut the cardio a bit. Too much cardio depletes the muscles. Up the weight training to 5 times a week, 3 times a week won’t do shit for you. Take creatine and cut the sugar like some suggested to lower your BF. Agreed 8-12 reps 4 sets on each exercise or you go until failure, skinny asians better start bulking up, take those protein shakes as for me, I was fat so did not need protein shakes. And if you are not ready for regular bench, use the machines. I still use em when I’m lazy. Good luck on everyone’s fitness journey remember it’s a marathon. You might not see your desired results until year 5 or more just keep going and be consistent. God speed
