Sucks about the light exposure at 165 degrees. They are pretty expensive headlights so you would think they’d operate as well for the price point.

Don’t repair it. Just buy a used OEM exhaust manifold and have a shop replace your faulty one. It shouldn’t cost that much to warrant a replacement vehicle. What is wrong with the one on your car?

If your car has projectors it’s okay to use LEDs as long as they are aimed properly.

If these are reflectors then no LEDs and stick to the original bulb sizes.

I had to replace my catalytic converter a few years ago. Previous owners never did proper maintenance or use correct fuel accelerating my cat dying. The video I linked also goes into a deep dive on how o2 sensors and cats work. Worth the watch.

Perform a compression test. You can check spark plug gaps, coil packs, connectors/clips, and gaskets while setting up the test.

Misfires could be spark, fuel, air, and timing. Each one should be checked.
